All our pork is heritage-breed and pasture-raised right here at TerraPurezza. Our pigs exclusively eat pre-consumer food waste from Whole Foods Market, along with native grasses and grub in the pasture. Custom butchered in-house.
Butt roast is cut from the widest part of the pig: the top shoulder. This is a versatile cut that can be pulled or sliced with fantastic flavoring and good intramuscular fat.
